About the event
Even when the new changes to the law come in on October 1st, 2023 you will still need to obtain an HQL to purchase and own a regulated firearm. So come out and be part of our class and obtain to quality knowledge and basic skills of how to handle a firearm and about the laws in the State of Maryland.
